Tropical Further Offshore Emergency Training (T-FOET)

This Training introduces learners with the opportunity to practise and demonstrate emergency response skills that are not possible to practise during drills, exercises and emergency training offshore.

This course is open to learners who hold a valid OPITO-approved BOSIET (with CAEBS), BOSIET (with EBS), TBOSIET, FOET (with CAEBS), FOET (with EBS), or TFOET certificate. Proof of a valid certificate may be required prior to course enrolment.

This course includes physical activities, and learners must be medically fit to participate. Learners must hold a valid offshore or employer-approved medical, a recognised fitness-to-work-at-sea or diving medical, and/or complete an OPITO medical screening form at SEQU. Learners are responsible for declaring any medical conditions that may affect their participation.
